How can I reset someone’s password?
If you are an Account Owner, you can reset a user’s password.
- Click “Settings” then “Users & Permissions”.
- Then click on the “Edit” button for the user.

- On the Edit User window, check the “Reset password” checkbox.
The “Temporary Password” field appears. Populate the field with the password. You may also check the checkbox for “E-mail this member their username and temporary password”.
- Click “Save Changes” when you’re done.
