How can I reset someone’s password?

If you are an Account Owner, you can reset a user’s password.

  • Click “Settings” then “Users & Permissions”.
  • Then click on the “Edit” button for the user.
    Then click on the "Edit" button for the user.
  • On the Edit User window, check the “Reset password” checkbox.On the Edit User window, check the "Reset password" checkbox.The “Temporary Password” field appears. Populate the field with the password. You may also check the checkbox for “E-mail this member their username and temporary password”.
  • Click “Save Changes” when you’re done.
