By posting User Content, you grant Servicejoy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable right to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from that content as necessary to operate the Services. You represent that you own or have the lawful right to post it.
Servicejoy grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Services and view, copy, and print Content available to you — for your own use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, remove proprietary notices, use data mining tools, or use the Services other than for their intended purpose.
The Services are for your own use only — you may not resell or sublicense them. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, harmfully, or in any way that violates these Terms.
Servicejoy may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon termination your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Servicejoy does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICEJOY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Servicejoy's total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
